4. By proceeding to advertise with us you agree to meet our morals, obligations and Terms & Conditions.  We will not accept nominations for obscene, (nudity, offensive language etc.) websites and KTS RETREAT reserves the right to refuse any nomination and/or advertising.

Nominations are open to anyone and KTS RETREAT is not responsible for informing the website owner/business of their nomination. Informing the website owner/business of their nomination is optional and is a decision made by the customer. Therefore KTS RETREAT can not be held responsible for any nominee's hardship caused by not being informed of their nomination.

5. If you choose to nominate a site which falls outside the judged regions (Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK), is not a registered business or which displays unexceptable content you will not be refunded the nomination fee. 

6. Every care is taken to provide the best possible service. However KTS RETREAT can not be held responsible for any hardship occuring from any technical problem or wrong linkage etc. from happening. If a problem is found, then it is up to the customer/nominator/website owner etc. to inform KTS RETREAT of the problem so that it may be resolved. 

7. All Logo Advertising submissions must have legal ownership or permission to use the submitted logo/s. We cannot be held responsible for any logos &/or advertising displays which were subsmitted unlawfully. By proceeding with your purchase you agree to abide by our 'Terms & Conditions' displayed upon our website.

8. The 6 months Free Bonus Advertising promotion is available with any current Advertising purchase. This current offer is only available for a limited time. The six months Free Advertising is added to our customer's advertising program at the time of purchase.
